Return Policy

If for some reason you don't love your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please re-pack items with care - all items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition. Please fill out the form linked below or contact admin@coupeceramics.com within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days we are unable to accept returns. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the buyer. Please email your tracking number with your name and original order number so we are aware of your return. 

Returned items must be shipped within fourteen (14) days of delivery. All returns will be inspected and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit, less return shipping costs if applicable.

Sale items, seconds and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return. 

 

Damages

In the unfortunate instance your item arrives defective or damaged, please email admin@coupeceramics.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and all relevant information needed for shipping insurance claim. All original packaging must be retained until the claims process is complete. Artist will submit shipping insurance claim, re-make any broken pieces and ship replacements as quickly as possible. This does not include slight imperfections that are characteristic of handmade items.
